Do you have a link to the webcast?

Sioux 1 goal on 1 shot, DU 0 goals on 9 shots

If you have a digital cable package that includes the Fox super regionals-FCSx (Atlantic, Central, Pacifiic), it will be on the Atlantic channel (FCSA) on Friday night, as well as FSRM (on dish or directtv). Not televised on Saturday night.

On the road and have been periodically refreshing the notebook to read this; thanks much. Kick Denver's arse.

Just in case you haven't been into your controls in this forum, you do have a PM Block List that you can make use of if you want, along with hiding your email if you choose also. Sounds like you may be getting to the point of needing to do that.

The ice has been mentioned more than once but it certainly appeared to be ice conditions favorable to defensive hockey. The DOT line had at least two sure PP goals eliminated by a bouncing puck. Ice seemed to be similar to the way it was back in the past after basketball had been played on it just prior to the weekend hockey series. It would seem the power outage was the likely cause of this weekend's conditions. Hope the REA will have one more chance to host a series in the playoffs.

Looks like a got the kids confused, maybe Andy never ran it

I'd agree, although I hated the games a couple years ago when every ticky tack thing was called. The players did adjust, and, much like the NHL, the WCHA games were better for a short time. Unfortunately, the league has come full circle and the holding and outright tackling that can even up games is now allowed, and, the league will be starting from scratch if they decide to go by the rules, once again. The top players will have more freedom in the NHL than they now do in the WCHA. At any rate, the let em play attitude of WCHA referees may serve the Sioux well when they go to Denver, they've had some good experience (UAA, Mankato, Wisco, and MTU, especially) in what they'll see at Denver, who are back very close to the tackling team they had three years ago. A one-sided Campion display could decide the series, if that were to happen.

yes, Bruce was the owner for years, I believe Andy runs it now, or at least did when I was around GF last.

Not to mention on several good scoring chances, the Sioux forward was dragged down from behind to eliminate the chance.

I can't see Blais taking Scott's position; doesn't seem quite right.

Twas' Jones who took the first shot at Bruess that started the whole melee.

Me also, and it is for that reason that I canceled my directtv service and went to cable (When ncc ray added FSSN to their cable lineup)

I think Roche bumped him slightly and it could be argued caused the collision with Kollar, but the whistle should have blown well before that when the SCSU player skated through the crease behind Kollar (not a penalty, but a faceoff brought outside the zone). Interesting in the recent MN series Stoa once again parked in the crease, without contact, well before Fabain bumped him and kicked the puck in, but it was not whistled. The next night, the same thing was whistled and the faceoff brought outside the Sioix zone. And yes, I thought both Lammy runs should have been goalie interference penalties, after seeing the replay.
-
And that is usually the case, especially the after whistle punches with the gloves on that many players do all the time (I won't name names).

Cichy still intends on being a Sioiux in 2008, at least for now.

somebody could have used a few of the other available letters in the alphabet to make this less confusing Obviously I didn't pay close enough attention to Stormer's letter combo.

Once again, posting garbage early in the game, after a 2 week+ absence. Skippie troll all the way.

Duluth scores a lot, especially on the PP, and if the Sioux aren't at the top of their game, they can get beat easily by MDU. If Duluth ends up last, they could step up and bite someone in the WCHA playoffs, like they did last year. MN would be a tough test for them, but an upset wouldn't be surprising. I'd like to see Duluth finish a bit higher and go to either Denver or CC, where an upset would be more likely than at MN. Finishing higher, however, can't include any points this weekend vs. the Sioux.

The link that you click here when a live event is on is scripted to open mp in a new window. If you right click and save it, then try to open it in mp itself, you'll get the codec error mentioned above. To get the correct link to use in mp, you have to start up the in-window stream (scripted link), then right click it and select properties to get the correct url for mp. Can't try it now since there is no available live link. Should be able to try it Thursday night for basketball prior to the hockey series for the weekend.
