Not hard to stop this offense. We never run Otis more than one time per 3 plays. Tommy is an average QB at best, He rarely runs, doesn’t read the field and does not do well when pressured.

Tommy hits his first read 90% of the time . Twice in first half he panicked when it was not open.

Lead going into half would be huge after that horrible start.

Don’t want to beat a dead horse but it’s very obvious Tommy struggles with deep throws and he does not want to run the ball. He is a game manager who failed to do that Saturday with the late pick. 90% of his completions are setup to go to the first read. Not trying to rip on him, it’s just the truth.

Defense was easily good enough to win. The offense is exhausting to watch at times.

Anyone have any idea about recruiting visits next week for Luna or anyone else?

Scheme and arm. You don’t have to be a burner to get open down field . We need to be able to deliver the ball on a simple play action to Otis. Lots of guys can do it who are not burners. the defense was not good in the last 3 qtrs but the offense was even worse. Look at the drive chart the last 3 qtrs. Only decent drive was after the game was over.

Once Danny’s script runs out, we can’t move the ball. Not sure how the 5 yard crossing routes are going to beat a good team. Need to be able to challenge vertically
