New Prague played Rochester Lourdes in Rochester yesterday. Lourdes won 3-2 in OT, but with a huge asterisk. Lapic had a concussion (hope he is OK). Seth Amborz is the real deal and will have a ton of offers. He made a beautiful Oshie-ish play to create a goal. I can believe he is a freshman. New Prague will be real good is everyone stays next year. BTW, the OT winner looked alot like Porter's last year...

This game has let down written all over it. If the Sioux are as good as I hope they are they will come out and dominate for 60 minutes today...

Not undraftable... Already drafted and therefore not considered (except Hextall and Lamoureux). Also Blood is NOT a stay at home defenseman. The Sioux easily have the best class in the nation. If you recall the pundits claimed that UNDs class was second to Minnesota's in 2005... Oops...

I think that was a goal in a 1-1 game, but Campion had too many marbles in the Sioux pocket at that point. If it would have mattered, I think we would have gotten a letter of apology from the league. I hear they have the process of sending out these letters automated now...

When I saw the title of this thread I was hoping McCleod was announcing his retirement...

I started filling in stuff about next season. Note we currently have 19 forwards, 10 defensmen eligible... Also I think we have 6 open games on the schedule. I don't think we have any reciprocity games left, but could be wrong. We get an extra series because we play in Alaska. At the end of the day, if there is a fight and one team is winning and the other is losing, you probably know who started the fight. I think the Sioux are fighting alot this year in place of real officiating in the WCHA...

I have some bad news for you...

I'm a big homer, but I would give the Hobey to Porter without a doubt... Phil may be the best goalie, but the bar to have a goalie win the Hobey is very high and I don't think JPL is there. Just look at the last DU game. A Hobey keeper gets the shutout. JPL as he has done many times let in a very weak goal. I do hope that JPL can atleast make the final 10 though. If for no other reason just to piss off Gopher fans...
