I think that moving UM out of Grand Forks is best for both teams because right now I would have to say that they are the best 2 teams in the nation. Therefore I think it would be sad to have 1 of them not make the frozen 4. Right now I would say the top four teams in the nation in order are: 1) Minnesota 2) UND 3) Denver 4) Boston University I'm not afraid of Minnesota, but I would like to see the teams meet for a championship. EDIT: How would you like to be a 2 seed and earn the right to play UND at the Ralph? I can see Cornell crying now...

Whatta buncha homers, always picking UND. UMTC 2-0 AA DU 2-1 UMD Tech 2-1 WI (that's right, and I almost picked UMD as well) UND 2-0 MSU CC 2-0 SCCC MSU is not to be taken lightly BUT MSU at home does not equal MSU on the road. Sioux win by playing hard every shift and wearing down a less talented team like they did aginst Tech. It is very important that Tech wins so I do not miss the Sioux game as I fly back from Japan.

looks like Kessel has 44 points to Oshies 36, but I would contend that Oshie's are much bigger. See his 7 game winning goals. Also I think Kessel has like 4 or 5 non-PP goals. Thats not making much of an impact. Kozak may have more. Oshie has been huge and I think that he has played his way into the WCHA RotY. Go Oshie. On a side note everyone in the preseason expected Minnesota to have the best freshman class (or so they were rated). At this point it is clear that UND has far and away the best Freshman in the nation. Michigan has disappeared. The Wisconsin freshmen look like it. Other than Kessel and maybe Stoa, Minnesota's freshman have diappointed. For the Sioux I would claim the following: Excelent: Oshie (way above expectations, an animal) Toews (came on late) Lee (though maybe not as much as expected) Chorney (exceeded expectations) Finley (the next masher) Duncan (a 4 year pest) Very good: Jones (solid) Kozak (came on late) good: Watkins (a little diappointing) little impact: Alexander Miller (I would like to see more) Martens Walski

Kozak is far more physical and perhaps more of a scorer. Spiewak had much more spped. I would actually compare Watkins more to a Spiewak (but with a bit of a temper).
