Rankings are accurate. They know the caliber of GFC. Losing everyone or not, Orono was the state champ last year and should reload decently just like any other hockey school good enough to have a championship does. And even more so on top of that, it wasn’t a 1 or 2 goal win for GFC...it was an absolute blow out shut out.

How many of the kids on their varsity team actually grew up in Edina? 50%? Less than that

I also believe that game got into the mid 20s though. Also on the egf question, I think they would be a solid #2 slightly in front of Davies. They’ll get toyed with by GFC twice this year though. GFC is a legit top 10 ANY MN team this season at worst. ND hockey is climbing the ranks overall but GFC is making it seem like a different story. They’re just on a whole different level which makes it hard to gauge.
