Or when it comes to recruiting battles with the Gophers, any of them.

Done! Thanks again for setting this up.

Somebody brought this up last week and I agreed, since both players on the Spring Depth Chart returned, I think they kept those the same. No practices since then. Only changes were backfills from players that left. I'm guessing you'll see a change come Week 1 for this position.

I really tried to go into this with an open mind. I'm truly shocked at 'I. Background'. I can't believe anybody would believe that (1) Hockey is the most popular sport in the region (2) Women's hockey team "most prominent and popular" women's sport on campus. I skimmed it, but is the overall feel that it was reversed, not necessarily that they feel the original ruling might not turn out to be the correct ruling, but more they need clarification on the reason that was used originally. There would be other avenues for the Department / University to use as well if they didn't clarify that point to the acceptance of the next judge(s). It's so disappointing this is back. I thought it was a great call cutting at the time and still do. I'm not really concerned about this one ultimately being overturned.

Same as the Spring.

@Sioux94 I thought it made sense to me and for the most part it does. The extra year will always be their last. After SR, they'll be able if they chose to be 5th. RFR, SO, JR, SR, 5th. Previously, you would not have seen 5th. What doesn't make sense to me and I think it's the only thing is why any True FR last year would be listed as a Sophomore, instead of RFR. Vaughn / Belquist are the only two that don't make sense to me.

Completely agree. Drake is a game that UND actually can't lose. That's just how it is. Only game on the schedule like that.
-
Based on recent history, that’s a safe bet.
-
Might be a dumb question, but do Boltmann and Belquist look 100%? I would assume they wouldn’t be practicing if they weren’t.
-
I know I commented on it as well, but actually thinking about it, you're right on. I would say it's basically take the Spring depth chart and backfill based on players that are no longer there, but in a situation like NG, it makes sense why there would be no changes yet.

Nothing too interesting on the offensive side of the ball, outside of Boltmann being listed as a starter. With no Belquist or Canady on the 2-Deep, hopefully that means Brock is a full go going into Fall camp. On the defensive side, Lennon and Kelley are new names to the 2-Deep. Nothing against him, but I really hope once the Week 1 depth chart comes out that Lickfeldt is not listed as the backup. Love Fort being moved to Safety.

Greibel, Moore would have been scholarship guys. Doing the easy math, you would have thought the coaching staff needing to find 8 scholarships out of players that could have come back, since they kept 8 guys that got an additional year w/ Covid. I love the breakdown by class, very even. I'm really impressed with their roster management.

ILB are really beefing up Larson: 245 (+10) Krzanowski: 235 (0) White: 235 (+10) Pedigo: 230 (+10) Kimball: 225 (+15) Kelley: 230 (-5) McNeal: 235 (--)
-
Isaac Moore (D-Line) also missing. Very interested as well about Lucas Fisher. Hope it was a situation that with Canady really heading in the right direction, they didn't feel the need to bring in a one year guy. Roster break down. 5th: 8 Seniors: 11 Juniors: 19 Sophomores: 22 RS-Freshman: 20 Freshman: 24

Look at his elite league stats from this past year. Granted his team looked terrible, but his stat line was 14 points in 17 games.
-
Opponents averaged 21 points per game last Spring. The D-Line weights got my fired up, with basically everyone returning, can the defense be a legitimate strength? Get down to that 15 to 17 point average.
-
D-Line Weights (Difference) from Spring Roster: Lennon: +15 Orlando: +15 Morrison: +15 Seguin: +10 Pierre: +10 Johnson: +10 Thorsness: +5 Beach: +5 Keech: +5 Lickfeldt: 0 That's really impressive overall. I agree, I think the D-Line is really close to getting to that ideal weight.

Not only would I also add ISU, I think the first game will tell you the story of the season.

Great day by Berry and the Coaching staff! All three recruits (1 last year, 2 for this upcoming year) were tenders for their respective USHL teams. High end.
-
We’re definitely seeing it. Big question is will UND? I’m going to guess we’ll see two today. Need to get some momentum going on the recruiting front.
-
Absolutely incredible. Still a week to go before Fall camp. Talk about an X factor on defense. Still don’t know what to completely expect, but I never would have thought he would be at this point before Fall camp.

There we go! Great commit! From what I can tell 3 other FCS offers, SDSU, WIU, SEMO.
