You do realize this is an anonymous message board where most of the information listed here is rumor. With that being said, very little will be said because its an active investigation and at this time the Fargo police chief has very little to do with the investigation. The BCI and FBI have taken over the investigation.

I highly doubt there was knowledge of this prior to the event happening... I suspect their might have been a social media post or manifesto found after the shooting of the officers.

the shooter was allegedly planning to shoot up the Fargo street fair (Terrorism = FBI involved) and was spooked when officers arrived on the accident scene. The shooter also had homemade explosives in his car and home (ATF involved)

Fastbreak Club announces Greater Grand Forks all-city basketball teams
Kraft, who has committed to play at UND, was the EDC Senior Athlete of the Year, all-conference and all-state. The 6-2 guard averaged 21.7 points. He scored at least 20 points in all three state tournament games, including 31 in a comeback win over Fargo Davies in the state semifinals.
