I've always considered Joe a true class act. You can see how humble he is when he speaks....not only about the team but any general question. If things didn't go his way he never pointed fingers, whined or cried. He did what the coaches asked of him and did it 100%. You raised a good one

Hell of a ride this year.....fun and exciting!!! Wished we could of kept on moving on, unfortunately it just wasn't out time. It was playoff bound or bust for most of us at the beginning of the year....well they did that and did it while be rewarded a seed!! Nine game win streak is pretty damn impressive as well co big sky champs (8-0) thank you thank you thank you seniors!!! Like last years seniors you guys have/had been through enormous changes and stuck with it while accomplishing a big sky banner! Your class will go down in UND history. Thank you As it turns out 8 points kept UND from being undefeated. We are close, very close to being a perennial staple in the fcs world. They lived and learned this year. Great crowd yesterday.....kudos to the students and the rest....it was a blast for 3qtrs. Averaged just a hair under 10000 this year....much improved! Congrats bubba...you're vision and drive to put UND on top has happened quickly. Hanging that banner vs Missouri st next year will be special!! Job well done Cant wait for next year!

For the life of me, I do not understand how or why Brady only had 12 carries???? I said it before the game and I'm saying it now.....he should of at least had 25 carries. Crazy stupidity by Rudolph.

Still stinging from this loss, but that definitely doesn't take away my excitement for the future of this program. Next years team should be their best in the d1 era. Bring back a lot of talent and many 3 and 4 year starters. 4 year starters: (5) DE- dranka CB- Deion S- cole QB-Keaton K- taub 3 year starters:(6) DE-drew NG- tank ILB- Connor RB- john WR- Stanley OT- stockwell. Und looses coe and Luke on offense and Noah, Bakker, Jawon, labat and Carrothers on D and Alex on special teams. 8 of the 56 two-deep are seniors Next years senior class is massive in numbers, talent and experience. Three of the four captains currently are juniors. The to-be senior leadership is incredible and will be of great value. The big needs for next year: qb- drop down or juco for back up wr- speedsters speedsters ILB- depth Returning players with the talent for all conference or all American: Cole, Santiago, Tank, Brady, Donnell,Taubs, Deion, Dranka and possibly Demon, Stockwell, Drew, Connor, Disterhaupt, Dussold. Great talent coming back Returning injured players that will make an impact: cox, tyus, oscar and hopefully Clive Not sure on all the current true freshman that are red shirting but from witnessing the spring and fall ball: finke- (fb) looked really athletic and plays with an edge. Love the way he competes Randolph- (cb) is a very talented player that would look great under center Hunt- (lb) looks athletic and seems to have the right mind frame for a backer haas-(olb) currently way to skinny but his height 6'5" and athleticism at that position is impressive. Plus very active . Could be a very good player rastas-(lb) hudl tape is worth a look....high octane player that hits anything and everything with a snap or punch. UND took a nice step this year , I see no reason why we can't keep stepping forward to a higher seed next year

Scary game...Richmond is a damn good team. I think Richmond will get their passing yards (350-400) but as usual UND comes away with crucial TOs. UND NEEDS.....NEEDS a full 4 qtr game......namely first half. Rudolph better have his A++++++ game and the boys need to execute .....sharp and crisp!! Prove we belong. What i would like to see: -Keaton healthy and "on" -secondary keeping all the plays in front of them. - front seven making their rookie qb's life a living hell in ND. -offensively 50-55 total rushing attempts und 31-30

One of the best games ever when you factor in....new stadium, semi final game and the constant reverb generated off the walls. Quite an awesome sight! Fast forward 15 years: Sounds like our students are grabbing ahold of this team! Hope it's true. If the students can match the students in this game.....it will light a fire throughout the AL with the players feeding off of it. Playoff time!!!

Just watched the Richmond game from last weekend....their qb has a little Vernon Adams esq to him. Dangerous looking dude.

Holy sh#% I'm getting pumped for Saturday!!! 5 o clock game means plenty of afternoon drinks followed by a lost voice to UNDs first d1 playoff game....and victory!!

Looked at our 1st half and 2nd half stats and scores. UND is a much better 2nd half team...namely on the D side. Need to put together a full game for this one if we want to move on. 2nd half scores: 2-6 - Not all that great 16-6 20-7 - doesn't include OT 10-9 21-17 13-7 17-6 14-7 20-6 10-6 28-7 only one game where they gave up more than 1 td. The adjustments at halftime have been very successful. Unds last game against UNA, they had 300 yards passing at halftime and 24 points. 2nd half they had 120 yards passing and 7 points. If und could put together a full game, the chances of making a deep run is very possible. Being healthier has to benefit as well.

I hear yeah. UND is not like every other big sky team.....bubba prides himself on D , ball control and winning in the trenches. Not always pretty but more often than not it gets the W......16-6 the last two seasons. Our style of play is built for the post season, and NOW is the time that UND needs to make a statement and show the fcs world we belong. We've perked some ears already by the amount of smack talk that is on forums and I'm loving it!!!! Keep talking!

Midnight friday

Hard to believe that Richmond has put 18 players on IR. Considering that there is 22 starters between the D and O....just wow! Almost an entire new team from their first game of the season....just crazy. This is obviously the most talented team UND will have played all year. It's big boy ball now...no easy outs and Richmond brings in a talented athletic battle tested team and a fantastic coaching crew. Playing in the caa they see great teams every Saturday and bringing anything less than their A game for UND, they won't be leaving the AL with a W. Cant afford those first half flounders.....need a complete game Keys to victory: (nearly everything) 1. Attack their newbie qb!! Talented young man but need pressure from every angle. Need to contain his running abilities as he looks to be very athletic and elusive. Our olb are basically converted safeties that are not big but bring the athletiicsm to the edge. The caa has massive dudes in the trenches, I feel this is our best opportunity to exploit their offense is with quickness and aggressiveness on the edge. 2. Need to shut down their running game. Obviously this is what UND is known for and I feel UND will do an admiral job for the most part, but to make them one dimensional and have them rely on newbie to beat us gives us the best chance. 3. What effects will three weeks off have? Hopefully getting healthy is the answer rather than being rusty. Our offense had injuries everywhere the last three weeks of the season. If Luke Stanley is back, this would be massive. Sure handed but more importantly, he is a tremendous downfield blocker, hope he is healthy. 4. Richmond is fantastic against the pass. Well our mojo is running. If our guys up front are healed up, I like our chances to run effectively with Brady and Santiago. I believe if und rushes for around 200-250 yards, they are victorious. 5. 12th man. We need the 12th man to step up. Against n zona, when the crowd was "lit" n zona had troubles. Being contained, Dome noise is amplified and annoying, we need to be loud !! 6. This is UNDs first postseason game.....it's a different animal than regular season. UND can not afford to come out flat,scared, etc.....Richmond has been here before and knows what it takes. Confidence, confidence,confidence!!! 7. Most importantly......win the TO game. Cant wait for Saturday!!!

Lol is right. They have been playing terrible recently.....today was no different. Didn't surprise me. Weber was the last team in and cal-poly was last 4 in. Weak bubble. C ark did not have one top 50 Sagarin win all year or againsf a playoff team all year until today. Beat Illinois st
