8-3 is nice. The wins are not. Sam is an ok/bad team and Montana is 4-4. Not being associated with a conference will hurt the most.

I think UND is a little above average and I think next year will be more than above average,
I think theres more talent on O overall when breaking it down by positions. Brady, Santiago, JJ , Tobin, graham, waletzko, kett , Wanzek are better than tank , Deion, donnell, Evan, Noah,....etc. at their positions. But collectively the D plays better and more cohesively because of coaching.

Completely agree. Football is without a doubt...the #1 team sport. It takes every position at every level to play to its best to succeed.

Wrong and right. The O scored 12 points ....2tds. Every aspect was bad and unds offense was bad. The O lost the game as well as the D.

I seen nothing to indicate that und was better at any position. Und played “lights out” on special teams. If they didn’t play “lights out” on special teams ...Weber is laughing. Weber is an all around better team. Und needs speed!!!!! Speed combined with aggressiveness was the reason Weber won. They exposed speed at every level

Better conferences are the caa and mvfc by a wide margin
Big sky is all about showcasing offensive talent. That goes no where when it matters. Just a simple view of playoff scores prove it.

Wrong again my friend. I’ve said from the beginning of the year that special teams could/would be the #1 issue. The D sucked today and sucked against Idaho st. Rudy just always sucks.

Weber was simply the better team. No one can deny that. Other than one qtr ....Und really never seemed to show they belonged. I’m sorry but und is quite a ways from contending. Webers offense is poor to average and the speed factor killed us. And their D was in the face of the offense for three qtrs.
Und should win their next three. Maybe handily !? Playoffs might happen with a 8-3 team but this is not a contending team. Big sky is a joke. Weber and e wash are the only true contenders from that conf.

Admit it? I’ve been saying for awhile. Their D and special teams are superb. Doesn’t excuse the fact that the offense was horrid. I thought the D was shredded as well. Read my posts. The speed factor killed every element of our game. But to say the D was 100% the reason is asinine.

The offense had 33 yards half way through the 2nd qtr. if you’re blaming the D then the offense must of been solid enough to win it. Cmon !?

UND - Weber State Game Day Thread

Squarely on the D? They had a bad game but where was the offense in 8 of their 11 drives? Und had a combined total 93 yards on 31 plays, zero tds in 3.5 qtrs. Und had 8 mins of a total 60 min game where the offense looked like an offense.....the last 5 mins of the 2nd and the first 3mins of the 3rd. 8 out of their 11 drives went 30 yards or less. Doesn’t sound like a winning recipe to me. Squarely on the D seems to be far fetched
Anyone that watched the game would see that Weber was the better team. Weber just might have had their worst game of the year in regards to penalties and special teams. Und has done nothing this year on special teams yet they score 2tds against them(Weber hadn’t given up a ST td this year) and actually made a fg . Also, not sure on exact yards but Weber must have had 100 more yards of penalties than und.
The score is not indicative of Weber’s dominance . Und looked like a playoff team for 8 mins
Und will win the remaining three games. 8-3 with no wins over a playoff bound team, no conference affiliation and a current 2-2 home record. Will be 3-2 at years end. Will that be enough in the committees eyes to send und through into the post season?
