Log on to NCHC.tv and pull up an archived game. On the bottom is a line where you can control the spot in the game. Tinker with it to get familiar with it. When you pull it up on Saturday, it'll start live, but you can pull it back to the beginning.

I've often thought about how much it could help college hockey if our tv broadcasters where even a fraction as interested in college hockey as football broadcasters are in college football. Tom Brady has been playing for decades, and they still mention where he played college ball and what round he got drafted. Imagine if the broadcast crew for this game cared enough to highlight that all three goals were scored or assisted by guys that went to the same college. And obviously, not just UND. They could give all of college hockey a boost by emphasizing these connections.
As annoying as it is at times (the state of hockey!!, blah blah blah) the BSN crew does a fair job of talking up Minnesoda connections, but I'll be damned if they mention anything beyond Minnesoda.
Hockey has so many paths compared to football. Obviously college is the most local path but it's a lot for them to remember.

In Jrs he was a great player and had a record setting season for SF and what this coaching staff is doing to him is wrong. They flipped him from another D1 program to come to UND when another player opted out last minute. They knew he needed major shoulder surgery before coming to school but yet they still wanted him to come that year. In reality he wasn’t ready, but he listened to the coaches and trusted what they were saying. He has 36 collegiate games under his belt (basically 1 freshman season) and is expected to be perfect in games but I watch guys with over 100 games make the same mistakes yet he is the only one held accountable. I’m sorry but that is not development. Its going to be sad to see this kid force to leave UND over the mismanagement of his development. Thanks for sharing. An upside to the portal change is that players in this situation are no longer punished with sitting a year. As he was coming in, humble and hard working kid from a good family was the story, so I've been surprised by his demeanor after mistakes. I was really happy for him when he scored in the regional last year.

Spicer did a video interview on Rink Live where he said "I've gotta do what's best for me" when asked about it. Can't believe he wasn't ready for it with a better response. He wasn't ready, and both Judd and Hain should have waited too.

Agreed. Jake kept commenting on the players singling out Poulin for extra physicality but he wouldn't mention why.
On the topic of commentary, I watch on mute 90% of the time; is the guy who does intermission with Taylor Budge always that bad, or was he off tonight? Multiple dead ends and derailments for her to take over from. Not making her job easy.

Rowe gets revenge against the staff that pulled his offer. It was stupid of him to talk to whatever team it was in the OHL, so can't blame them for doing it.
