  1. I didn't think they used the right light filters on the camera. The ice seemed too white or too reflective on television.
  2. I believe your answer is in today's [url="http://www.in-forum.com/articles/index.cfm?id=79708
  3. For those of you with tickets, a singing guide. The game is on TSN but not American TV. Anyone know if any local radio station will be carrying the game (or will I be tuning the Bose toward CJOB 680 AM Winnipeg)?
  4. From that story: He crosses the center red line before the opening puck drop? Opening bid on that is two for unsportsmanlike and depending on how that goes the closing could (should?) be done by the team trainer (if you get my drift).
  5. Grand Forks? No, not that I've seen, but how about the Canadian press: From http://www.prairiesportslink.com/article.aspx?art_id=5973
  6. Forgive me, but I'd rate every American defenseman as no better than "average" as compared to the tournament pool at large. The Canadian defencemen (note the Canadian spelling) are all playing at least average and some are playing exceptionally well. The Russians are in a similar situation. That's how you win medals.
  7. Suter or Schremp will "balance the books" with Russian #8 some day. Mark it down. Of course you cheer for the "land of back bacon and tuks" if the USA isn't in it. It's a North American thing. The "hand to the ear" thing will be the new fad. OK Sioux fans, figure out a come-back.
  8. NCAA National Champions: 1959, 1963, 1980, 1982, 1987, 1997, 2000 NCAA National Runner-Up: 1958, 1968, 1979, 2001 NCAA National Semi-finalists (other Frozen Four, non-title game appearances): 1965, 1967, 1984 NCAA National Appearances (all): 1958, 1959, 1963, 1965, 1967, 1968, 1979, 1980, 1982, 1984, 1987, 1990, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004 WCHA Regular Season Champions: 1958, 1963*, 1965, 1967, 1979, 1980, 1982, 1987, 1997*, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2004 WCHA Tournament Champions: 1967*, 1968*, 1979*, 1980*, 1987, 1997, 2000 * co-champions, plus the WCHA tourney didn't play a final game until sometime in the 1980s.
  9. I think this, based on what the story says, goes here. [url=http://www.in-forum.com/articles/index.cfm?id=78423]Moreland
  10. I saw Rick James, and his "crew", do a cover of it one time. The Commodores were put to much shame.
  11. (Sincere apologies to Rick James, RIP) And now one just for Mr. Bognar .... Yes, he's at Steak --- Out, It's tiny, tiny, He's lettin' it all hang out ...
  12. Dial 701-280-0033 and listen to the message.
  13. Great response! It was just .... magic. ;)
  14. I always figured Potulny more for the piccolo. And as far as Lucia, Tice and Saunders should worry.
  15. Bognar and Canisius Goalie: Both left swingin' in the wind.
  16. You just gave me a great sign idea ....
  17. I assume you mean "who" in a plural sense. It'll take more than one to stop her if can't control herself from going after The Wookie.
  18. Give and take.
  19. You forgot "ethanol refinery".
  20. Merry Christmas. (This is all you are getting.) Rivals Scheduling
  21. Special sauce?
  22. Here's the article: http://www.grandforks.com/mld/grandforks/news/10418904.htm I didn't realize that was up in Winnipeg. I guess we don't think about our neighbor to the north as often as we should.
