He's allowed to do whatever the hell he feels like cause he's like 190 years old and has some special exemption or something. Always nice to see rules being applied consistently. That guy is annoying like none other! You'd think they could remember the words "let's go red" because that's all any of their cheers are, just different tempos but apparently they need someone to remind them of the words.
