Question on watching the Sioux in Vegas

You could try the Imperial Palace, I am sure that they would be willing to try and find it for you.

Doubt it. We were in Vegas the year the Sioux fooball team won the National Championship. We were there for the NFR, but had the afternoon to watch the game. We called the Imperial Palace, and they didn't have a clue what we were talking about. We thought maybe there would be some sort of a sioux get together for a national championship game, but, no. It was on TV, so we ended up back in our room watching it.

Ditto, was in Vegas last February and IP had no clue what I was talking about when I asked if they covered the Sioux, new owners was there answer. I did find the Wisconsin vs. Mankato game on in the MGM Grand Sportsbook though. Didn't request it, it was just on. Random

I was in Vegas for the 2005 Frozen Four and watched both games at the Imperial Palace. They would'nt give us audio, because of the Masters, but the played the game for us. There was probably 8-10 Sioux fans in there.

I stayed there back in 1997 in march. They have a pretty cool sports book up out of the way from the rest of the casino.

I am going to be there for the weekend of the WCHA home series starting Saturday, I am hoping that by the time I get to Vegas the Sioux will have dispatched who ever they are playing by the time the planes wheels hit the ground.

Harrah's owns the Imperial Palace, as well as Caesar's Palace, Bally's, Flamingo Hilton, the Paris, Barbary Coast, etc... (you get the idea).

Having said that, the IP may be your best bet to watch the Sioux/Gophers game. The IP sports book is usually pretty quiet at night, I'd ask someone in the horse racing area and they might put the game up on a screen.
