01grad Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 The first goal will be big. We haven't really started too well this whole year, so I don't think this is really too big of a surprise.
01grad Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 I wonder what the breakdown ratio of our scoring 1st ,2nd and 3rd is for the season. We used to always be a third period team, but things have changed in the past years. I think we score more in the 2nd now.
Sioux_Hab-it Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Cmon Duncan was getting hooked after receiving that pass. Shepard must have big bro direction to create parity.

01grad Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 At least Parise is ready to go being challenged early. All we need to do is go down and throw something on their net since their goalie has been a spectator.
Shawn-O Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Sioux weathering the storm......Parise keeping them in the game.
Siouxdonyms Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Sounds like the Mavs are playing a very physical game tonight, and it's paying off for them as they're leading in shots 14-7.
01grad Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 We haven't been leading in shots this year as we have in the past. As long as we can make 'em count.
mksioux Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 An absolute abhorrent period. UND with about two good chances that period, while Mankato had about ten (including a post and a clean breakaway). Mankato looks head and shoulders better than UND right now, who seems to be just going through the motions. They are playing like they can afford to lose this weekend.

farce poobah Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Least we're getting a little help from other sources. Teams right above UND in the standings having a tough nite so far: SLU over Harvard (final) UAF over MSU 1-0 in progress (3rd by now?) NMU over UNO 3-1 in the 2nd
Siouxdonyms Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Fabian says his role now is to always be there for his teammates. If they need a kick in the butt one day, give them a kick in the butt. Hey Erik, I think they need a kick in the butt!

redwing77 Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Penalty on Prpich. Oy. This is not a good time to come into the game
redwing77 Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 JPar saves the bacon again. Jones draws a penalty. 4x4 for 43 seconds.
Sioux_Hab-it Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Finally an interference call on cows to end the PP.
