01grad
The first goal will be big. We haven't really started too well this whole year, so I don't think this is really too big of a surprise.
01grad
I wonder what the breakdown ratio of our scoring 1st ,2nd and 3rd is for the season. We used to always be a third period team, but things have changed in the past years. I think we score more in the 2nd now.

01grad
At least Parise is ready to go being challenged early. All we need to do is go down and throw something on their net since their goalie has been a spectator.

Siouxdonyms
Sounds like the Mavs are playing a very physical game tonight, and it's paying off for them as they're leading in shots 14-7.

mksioux
An absolute abhorrent period. UND with about two good chances that period, while Mankato had about ten (including a post and a clean breakaway). Mankato looks head and shoulders better than UND right now, who seems to be just going through the motions. They are playing like they can afford to lose this weekend. farce poobah
Least we're getting a little help from other sources. Teams right above UND in the standings having a tough nite so far: SLU over Harvard (final) UAF over MSU 1-0 in progress (3rd by now?) NMU over UNO 3-1 in the 2nd
