Kermit
What do the cable viewers see when there is no game? Is the channel like a Public access channel so you have other stuff, or is it just blank? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> In the FM area (CableOne), FSSN is on channel 44. The channel shows the "Shop at Home" network when games are not on.
PCM
What do the cable viewers see when there is no game? Is the channel like a Public access channel so you have other stuff, or is it just blank? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It's a test pattern. I watch it all the time. Seriously though, it's usually an ad for an upcoming UND sports event. Maybe they run other types of ads, too. I just know that it's not very interesting unless there's a game on. iceberg
My cable (NCC Ray, ND) gets a blue screen with the "lost signal" message on it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thats funny....I thought maybe a black screen or a screen shot, but blue screen "no signal" is pretty funny
Eskimos
Who cares, really. I think someone has an obsession with satellite viewing of the Sioux.

I think someone has an obsession with satellite viewing of the Sioux. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I asked a simple question...no need to get pissy and to answer your question, I don't have an obsession with satellite viewing of the Sioux I have an obsession with satellite viewing of HOCKEY (especially College hockey)

NDFAN
Midcontinent Cable, in Casselton, ND Channel 23, just shows the Midcontinent logo when there are no UND events on. It's almost a rush on game day when that logo turns to the FSSN logo comes on, about 1/2 hour before game time.
iceberg
NDFAN On satellite, the signal comes up about 15-20 minutes before the game, so that sounds about right
