mikejm
Nasty prediction from INCH: http://www.insidecollegehockey.com/INCH.htm# We're definitely a bubble team; need some goals and some league points. I keep thinking the Sioux are going to break out with an eight or nine goal game; I've never in my life seen a team clang so much iron! jimdahl
There's a certain irony to the claim, "The INCH 4x4 represents how we think the NCAA Tournament brackets will look when they are announced, not if the season were to end today"; yet in a week UND didn't play, they decided that instead of not making the tournament, UND would be a #3 seed. CVCL
Relax, INCH is an ESPN affilitate and we all know how much they know over there about college hockey. INCH's picks are cannonfodder at best. Just like any predictors or columnists, they are correct less than 50% of the time, so just give us a coin to flip. Blackheart
Looks like the Goofs have just about played themselves out of a #1 seed....Should make for an interesting bracket if they drop to a #2....

Those 2 wins against Maine on the road are huge if they stay in the top fifteen. Plus the WCHA has the edge on all other conferences because of their non-conf record. Of course lots can happen but the key is to sweep Wisconsin, hope for SCSU to get a win against Mn, then have UND sweep St. Cloud. Losing a road game to AA won't hurt them if this happens, nor will losing to a ranked WCHA team in the Final Five. If you're looking for teams other than the Sioux to root for, try Maine, Canisius, SCSU and Bemidji State.
