Just like UNI last year when Massey or Sagarin (I forget which ones) had them extremely high because of their SOS (ONLY) since their only win up to midseason was a DII team. Rankings and polls don't matter its what you do in the playoffs.

EDIT: Villanova actually led at half time 14-7 before losing by 10 24-14.

nova is a talented team that lost a hardfought game to what might be a non-embarrassing BC team, and on the road by 3 to a fordham team that wasn't bad last year.

I'm hoping no one is defending ranking teams that are winless. Just shows that what ESPN commentators say is probably true the people voting are clueless, usually the assistant to the assistant athletic director for coaches polls.

Not defending the poll. Just correcting 'Biz' that 'Nova did lose to an FBS school as opposed to losing to nobodies. Rankings don't matter at this point in the season...just gives rubes like us something to talk about :-)
