90siouxfan Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 So I just googled custom license plate frame. Entered F'U NCAA on top of frame and Fighting Sioux Forever on the bottom. Black frame with white letters on green background. Now if I only buy them for myself and not resale, I believe I am with in the law. Any thoughts? Quote
