Superman0099 Posted December 17, 2003 Posted December 17, 2003 Jason Blake had an amazing shorthanded goal in a great back-and-forth hockey game. Here's the link to the video. Quote
Smoggy Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 If you aren't watching ESPN tonight, you should flip it on to see the highlight of Blake's goal against the Rangers. He was skating to the corner and fell, swiping at the puck at the same time. It hit a defenseman in front and went in. Blake sure has had some amazing and "lucky" goals. Quote
TheFarce Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 OK. Hard work and putting the puck on the net will pay off, but I would say lucky goal before I say amazing goal. Quote
sioux fan in phoenix Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 OK. Hard work and putting the puck on the net will pay off, but I would say lucky goal before I say amazing goal. Would amazingly lucky satisfy you? Was that goal tonight? I missed the 2nd period. Quote
sioux fan in phoenix Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 Never mind, I guess it was tonight. Quote
Smoggy Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 TheFarce, you better reread my post. Blake sure has had some amazing and "lucky" goals. Notice how there is the past tense word "had." His goal tonight was lucky, but he's HAD some amazing ones. Quote
CoteauRinkRat Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 Blake has the knack to score amazing and sometimes outrageous goals. Quote
redwing77 Posted December 21, 2003 Posted December 21, 2003 I couldn't believe the goal last Thursday went in. What a fluke, but I'll take it! Quote
