Just apologize and admit that the thing flat out didn't work. I don't mean to be a buster, but I don't think the freebie against Concordia cuts it. If you're serious about winning potential customers back, offer up the Friday BC game. One more thing. No buffering problems; no commercial interruptions during game time; No interference of game play with the Daktronics bigscreen images.
