That is not the way it works, The Enforcer will step in and stop it alot quicker than the ref will.

There is no way a 20 year old will back down after he gets his face rubbed out from his mask and the jaw jacking. Also the refs are wise enough to not get involved till after the fight settles down. I am sure the refs don't enjoy being on the receiving end of a haymaker.
