  1. I don't think they would have won. But then again anything can happen.
  2. You would think that it would really be done already. How else would teams know when to schedule non-conference games. They do schedule non-conference games around league games don't they?
  3. They have like $328,000,000 to work with.
  4. I'll be the first to say it but no. They would have given them a game but I do not think they would have beaten them.
  5. I thought it was a great thing to do also. I was wondering if the NCAA in their infinite "wisdom" would some how find a problem with it.
  6. We have never played them have we? I don't remember ever having played them.
  7. Were you on one of those teams that did not win a game? I have always wondered why the football team did so bad and the baseball and basketball usually are pretty good?
  8. I looked up my bad and also NAIA D3 don't either. The NAIA has 3 levels just like the NCAA. I did not know that. I wonder how many scholarships Mayville has for baseball? I know their limit is 12. I would think your brother is at Mayville because he loves to play baseball more than thinking of scholarship money. Get a good education and have a good time. What more is there. Tell your brother that the alumni group there is as relentless as UND for tracking people down and asking for money. My mother went there in the 50's and still got stuff up until she died a few years ago.
  9. What about this? http://www.startribune.com/sports/gophers/255037241.html Seth Ambroz parents got a trip to Philly paid for them. Is that an issue?
  10. Thanks for that. I thought the NAIA was non-scholarship. My bad.
  11. Sounds like there are a lot of old regular Westward Ho patrons here.
  12. Fordville is where Victor and Rose lived forever and Grant's dad grew up there.
  13. Check out how many athletes get scholarship money and tuition waivers at Mayville State, another non-scholarship school. Most of the student body.
