This simply adds to the fact that the WCHA wants to see Minnesota win and get all the accolades....deserving or NOT!!!! Briggs would not be an MVP of a Pee Wee hockey tournament!!! What a total joke.

I am so pumped for the Sioux! So pumped that I have been inspired to change my avatar. Nice job boys!!!!!

Perhaps my post is somewhat inspired by the movies Miracle and Radio which I have recently watched. But this is my $0.02. Never been a Gopher fan though I had former teammates who played there. I had several other friends and coaches who went to UND and once I found out I could pursue flying at UND and watch the Best College hockey team in the country (Fighting Sioux ) at the same college my allegiance the UND was a simple choice. GO SIOUX!

I really think people need to stop for a second and look at what we have here. The Sioux are a great team playing in great conference. They are NOT going to win every night. Just because they had a torrid pace going in WCHA wins, let's not forget the talent by which this league is comprised. So I say get off the Monday morning quarterback thing and quit second guessing the coaches and players. Most, if not all, of us have never suited up in a WCHA game, though some of us have played at a highly competitive level (in my case Bloomington Jefferson); but high school hockey or any other amateur hockey is a far cry for the grind of WCHA hockey week in and week out! There are far too many good things about Sioux Hockey than to be a pi$$ and moan fan...we can leave that to the fans of the WCHA team in Minneapolis! Let's be fans of this team and support them win or loose, not bash them every time they loose! Here's to looking forward at this weekend series at MSU-Mankato not back to games already in "the books"!! GO SIOUX!

I agree it is a way of getting things started. But those Goofer pukes sound really stupid!!!!! I mean really. How much time is left? Wow that's a good one!!! Back at full strength..that's debatable! These cheers pack as much puch as a Adam Hauser clearing attempt!

Good points, but I am thinking of a season not long ago (lasty year!) when a #1 rated Sioux team got in a rut and tanked the season. Apples to Oranges one season to the next, but I am firm on my previous post on what this team needs to realize and wake up.

I had to type that to vent some anger. I am very diappointed with the Sioux tonight!

Wake up call for the Sioux. 1) Playing for 10 minutes out of 60 does not win games. 2) Sioux are now # 2 in the country....at best after this HUGE let down 3) This game will either launch the Sioux or kill em for the season. 4) Each player has to ask themselves if they want to win anymore this year. 5) Too many players running around scared to hit or get hit 6) Are the Sioux feeling like they are unbeatable....not any more boys. 7) 1-2-1 in the last four games...think about it! It is reality time boys!!!! Sorry for the vent...but the Sioux looked like sh*t!!!!!!!! Wake up or pack it up. UMDDogz...I thought I smelt ass!!!!
