  1. Yea, it sounds like a torn ACL, according to the broadcast. Makes sense if you look at the hit--it seems like he got hit as he was turning and his leg is in an awkward position. https://vine.co/v/eztilU7KIOO
  2. To add to the list, the 2013 Blackhawks were down 3 games to 1 against Detroit at one point
  3. I believe UND would have to get approval from the opponent. I believe that UND let SCSU play in their alternates in SC for a game, and in return UND got to play in the business suits on senior day.
  4. USCHO is listing BU/UND at 8:30 (I'm assuming ET)
  5. I think with Barber & Coleman in the lineup, that's a whole different game (being Miami up 6-2, or whatever it was, after 2)
  6. Ha, I'm actually in that video. After the name change the chant went to "N-D Go D-A-K-O-T-A Nooooooorth Dakota!" The REA never banned it. The school administration never banned chanting. Since the band is affiliated with the school, they basically couldn't say the word "Sioux". The band CHOSE to stop the chant, as they (the band officials + students) didn't want to have to compete with the students chanting the Sioux chant, while chanting the new, ND version.
  7. Since the "Dakota" chant has the word "Sioux" at the end, the band isn't allowed to use it. The first year after the name change, the band changed the chant, so after the song there were two chants going at the same time. The band scrapped the chant after the song, leaving it up to the students/fans.
  8. I think it's in-conference win%. I remember a few UNO fans complaining about that one when it didn't even matter. Edit: It was win% up until a few weeks ago, then it changed to each conference's standings + tiebreakers.
  9. Additionally, if they don't win the B1G tournament, their PWR will drop even further, depending on who they lose to. Michigan would make the smallest hit, but could still drop enough for someone else to sneak in. It seems like a sweep at PSU, or at least win + tie, may be needed for an at-large bid (again, assuming not winning the B1G tournament).
  10. Without including any other games, a CC sweep would only drop UND below Mankato. There's a fair margin between 2 and 3 (UMD) in the pairwise.
  11. Let's say Minnesota comes out of next weekend at 15 in the PWR. Assuming nobody falls out of the top 14*, they still have to win their tournament to get in, as every other team will then get the B1G auto-bid, dropping the at-large bids to 14. * As this year has pointed out, at least 3 teams will fall out.
