Well I was cheering for Clemson so I am happy....Bama was not up to their usual....

Down here there is a service that provides rides home for people too drunk to drive.... great service and after 42 years of ER/CCU very important. BUT a local bar did a fundraiser.... donate so then these people spend all their money at my bar... per state law I do not have to cut them off... and your donation pays their ride home. Not a good fit for my pocket book... sounds like this ... pay my bar tab because I am great.... do girls come with this?

And be/remain eligible for football to qualify for the scholarship...

Me too.... it is not the GF staff but corporate. There is a community where the paper is owned by the Forum. There are clearly favorites.... one city sends a high school team to state and there is nothing in the paper. Other schools get colored photos, top part of the sports section. It is a Forum DNA not local. But we could start a whole new topic of media issues today and throw in politics and regulatory issues..... radio seems to be more dependable, IMHO.

Morning paper, sports section: tickets for the Alsbama Clemson game are at a five year low.Tickets have dropped more than 50% since last week. Lowest price is $157 and resale price is $566. Last year, the Alabama Georgia game had an average resale price of $2,969. Just sayin’.....

All I know is West Point... but I was told all military academies are the same... before admission is offered all requirements must be met including medical (ask me about the dental x-rays that showed wisdom teeth... we had to go to a federally approved oral surgeon to have them removed and x-rays before and after were sent to West Point).... more likely he realized the strict environment and academic standards and didn’t want to commit... think 4 years of basic training with a curriculum of civil engineering.... with all students in the class 4.0! Football players are not given special privileges either! Too bad he is not coming to UND GO SIOUX
