Warren Buffet is giving away his entire fortune to charities. Stan Kroenke told St. Louis to build him a new stadium which he built with his own money in LA. It’s already hard to to own a professional franchise since the owners don’t just let anyone or anywhere have a team. One of the richest families in the US (Waltons) already own two NFL teams (Rams and Broncos).

He is also giving away 99% of his wealth, the Warren Buffet Giving Pledge.

So not at all, since no one is going to come up with $3 - $5 billion for a team. NFL and NFLPA won't do it or let it happen.

All cities that don't or lost an NFL team. So, how will this work?
