Very true, he does not deserve to lose his job. What we are seeing now is that a lot of their draft picks and recruits are not panning out. Every once in awhile that will happen to an elite program. I am honestly not as high as everyone else on next years class either. Schmaltz will be very nice if he comes but the other forwards have struggled in junior hockey. Go to USHL.com and look who leads the league and look where they are going. More likely than not they will be decent college players. Beside schmaltz none of our recruits are doing anything. Our only hope is that we return all our players. I like our D but our forward recruits as a whole is somewhat concerning.
You are correct that this team, most likely, will not do anything this year however because Hak has one bad season doesn't mean he should go. I'm not sure if you were being sarcastic. They look pretty bad however. The Gophs are just as young and they are on a whole different level.
Wrong....slew-footing is equally as common as diving, from a 'term' perspective. Also, you noted fighting and whatever else needed to be out of the game. Slew-footing is also extremely dangerous, equally (if note more) dangerous than fighting.
Haha, you are obviously not that big of a hockey fan nor have you played the game beyond termites if you have never heard of that term. Not only is it universally known but it is a 2 minute penalty. Since you are NOT very knowledgeable about the game (obviously).....try google before you post. This one gave me a nice laugh this afternoon.
