Probably given that Miami may not be that good this year, but that's not the point. Had he gone there from the start I'd be fine with it. I hate to see guys bail on their teams, no way he plays in the NHL this coming year. To double back on my "probably comment" I am not entirely sure. It would be fun for him to play with Tkuchuk however playing at Miami with Belpedio, Anthony Louis, and Will Knierem would be fun too. He's going to see a ton of ice next year and have to carry his team, that leads to experience. Neither route will guarantee him a better shot at playing in the NHL. Also, I would like for our conference to be tough (top to bottom), losing Roslovic would be a killer for Miami.

London is the dirtiest team in the league....they do this every year that's why they are always so good. Jack will get to play with Tkuchuk (sp?). I would be shocked if he didnt leave.

They'll get him. Trade would not have happened otherwise. Tough loss for Miami. Kid was probably only going to be around 1/2 more years anyways.

Your logo (in your picture) is WAY better than what was chosen (two different companies obviously). However I wonder if SME had chosen to add more color they would have gotten sued by the company which created the logo in your picture? -

I like those lines, not sure Bowen cracks the lineup but I like most of what you have there. I could see Wilkie up top however I believe him and Boeser play RW. -

The Hawks are doing the best they can with the mess they're currently in. Whichever team was going to trade with them was obviously going to win the deal. The initial point was who won the deal. -

I agree with that. But still say the Canes got a great deal (one that CHI was forced into however). Only time will tell I guess. On a side note, I follow Scott Powers on Twitter and he's still saying that everything he is hearing is that Nick is staying. Hopefully we find out relatively soon. -

I beat you both But to your point, not looking good. -
Not related to the 15-16 season however the Hawks just traded bickell (his contract) and Teuvo Teravainen. Teuvo was supposed to be a part of their future. I know everyone has been saying Schmaltz is coming back (and I've actually heard from some very very close sources that he's coming back, albeit over a month ago) however given the length of time he's had to note he's coming back and given that there will probably be an open spot (or two) for him on this year's Hawks team.....I wouldn't be shocked at all if he signs.

Agree 100%. Folks tend to hate on Crosby because he's so good. Toews is my favorite NHL player but he can complain a bit as well....obviously I see nothing on this site about him :). The one thing that Crosby does every so often that can sometimes bug me is dive.
-
hater. :). Lets agree to disagree then. I'm not a fan of lebron for the same reasons u probably don't like Crosby.
-
ok ok, you're a Crosby hater I get it. But everything you just wrote is a major stretch. Backup his non sense....what???
-
well, take it all in and appreciate what you are watching. He'll go down as one of the best ever (hawks fan here). there are folks who like Pitt, those who don't, and those who appreciate great hockey players.
-
Oh...like cheap. I saw that slash, that's nothing. He was probably trying to get under Joe's skin. Crosby is not cheap nor is he a panzy. He used to whine quite a bit, however he's shed that reputation for those that watch him play.
-
Dang. I thought we would have a shot if he chose the college route.
-
You just contradicted yourself. Crosby is the opposite of a hack....he's generational.

shame that wolanin had to sit some games at the end. From what I hear wolanin was a beast in practice. So athletic and skilled. Good chance he leaves after next year. -

Barring injury, if rinks gets the nod to start a game before Matej....i wouldn't be shocked at all to see him leave. But its not going to happen. Barring injury, rinks doesn't see the ice next year -

I was wondering the same thing, however from what I hear he was talked out of it. First there is no way he stays longer than 4 years (most goalies have to play in the minors for awhile anyway) and second we have some nice prospects coming in who will demand time (St. Cloud kid and Thome) by then. I honestly think it is an appearance thing because it seems silly that he wouldn't have done it, especially considering he just turned 19.
