They'll be good. They have a good kid coming in from the BC as well.

They're done. They've won their cups, they don't have the drive anymore and they're strapped with bad contracts and aging players. Very smart players that will get your wins in the regular season however they can't buzz anymore. Nashville's aggressiveness was way too much for those old boys.

I saw that as well...looks like he'll be coming in. Kind of shocking to come in and battle for a 6th spot, especially how good both him and bast are. There are always injuries though.

I'm starting to think both Matej and Wilkie are bouncing. If so, this team stays young. Just once I would like a kid that struggles year 1 and 2 to stay through their senior year. I get that their NHL team's want playing time (so do they), so I guess that makes sense from that standpoint. Hopefully not true (although Matej has been somewhat shafted so his leaving makes more sense to me).

But this is what everyone's complaining about....kids getting stuck in juniors because there's no where to go. If kids are good enough to play juniors (and mature enough to leave home) they should attempt it, unless they really don't want to. Boeser left after his junior year.

Very true, however I think he'll cut the lineup this year. He's another year older and the speed of the game should slow down for him a bit. This isn't a Murphy situation. Murphy's effort level was never there and he had 1 pt in 16 games his soph year (and I actually thought he should have came back his junior year). Wilkie has shown talent it's just super inconsistent. He had 10 pts in 30 games last year (and should have had more, a lot of bad luck). That was more pts per game than some of the other regulars.

Hopefully not, we'll need all the experience we have. Upperclassmen are a plus, even if they don't have a large role.

Pretty blown away dennis cholowski signed tonight. Obviously talented as he's a first rounder but he was pretty raw to me. Thought he (at the very least) needed another year at scsu. That's a big blow for the huskies.
