I am not a UMD fan so I watch zero of their games unless they are playing UND. Don’t know any thing about Peronivich, just that his name is hard to spell. I would still rather have Poolman, JBD, as my Dman Please, tell me what is so good about Peronivich and I am being serious. Does he score a lot of goals or does he setup a lot? Is this the right choice for Hobey? Of course I have green colored glasses but it seems like Kawaguchi was a great player on a really good team.

This is great news however the even bigger news would be if JBD comes back as well. That's the one I am hoping for sure comes back. Oh and Pinto.

I thought the 2016 team tried to avoid even touching the Penrose cup as to not jinx themselves. This team certainly didn’t do that.

UND was getting tossed around all night. I don’t think I have seen them play worse all season. Extremely disappointing performance.

What an absolute sh$t show tonight. No one and I mean no one showed up tonight. Boys spent far to much time partying the penrose last weekend. I am absolutely beyond words. Berry sure crapped the bed on this one tonight.

Bubba is a nice guy but I am not impressed with this move. I think this was premature and Mr. Schweigert needs to at the very least win a playoff game.

I am not sure what some of the last comments on this thread are getting at. Are you insinuating that UND got away with one last night, perhaps. How many times has UND not been on the good end of a call. More times than not probably. It’s not UNDs fault the way the refs called the play. Us, UND fans, have been complaining about poor officiating for a while. I guess sometimes the calls just even out.

So true. That guy is a beast, in the PK and just all around causing havoc. I sure hope that is a typo as we need his big body in against a heavy WMU team.

I am curious why you think Red River beats Central? Because they just won the last game in OT? I don't see Red River beating Central unless the Central team from the EDC tournament shows up. They did not play well in that tournament, OT with Red River and OT with Fargo.

Its one game I know but that is a really disappointing loss. To outplay SCSU both games and only come away with one point is really bad.

I have to say that was a pretty bonehead play by Pinto to put us in that situation.

How about last night when, Poehlibg certainly embellished the shoulder to shoulder hit by Caufield and went down the tunnel only to immediately return to the power play.

Not a good period for the good guys. Certainly doesn’t help that we are down two of our best scorers. That DQ was horse$&:t. 5 perhaps but not a DQ.

Wow did Jan Brady U get some lucky bounces in that game. Unreal, they were totally outplayed and had no business getting three goals.
