  1. Its what the ESPN people said. It might be another try at the father illness/injury from pervious season. It was BS last year that he didn't play.
  2. apparently according to Jones on the post-game he torn his meniscus. He tried, but it wasn't gonna happen
  3. will we have enough bodies to go? Nash has a torn knee, Webb has a torn knee, Schuler knee is bruised.
  4. Exactly, we have come back from a lot worse as well. Come out strong to start the 2nd half. We need to free up Anderson for some 3's and find ways to get Traylor and Nash the ball. Huff, just be you man.
  5. this is far from over. 10 point lead is not that hard to come back from. Just need to make a few adjustments with the D and start making minor runs. We did weather a hard storm and didn't fold. We can still do this
  6. Lenny has put some work in at the line. it actually looks tolerable
  7. lets see if we can't get this down to around 7-8 before the half
  8. keep calm and stick to the game plan THEY WILL COOL DOWN
  9. And she is only going to get better, if she develops a 3 point shot we might have another Big Sky POY as soon as next year. Getting Lauck and Dillon back next year and getting some good recruits coming in next year, we have a very good shot to repeat. Although the road will be very difficult with Idaho joining, Montana, ISU, SUU, and Eastern Washington all going to be tough.
  10. I do not ever know where to begin in analyzing this game but I will try. This is bar none the best I have ever seen these girls play this year, they turned it up a notch in this tournament. Yesterday was the Dyer and Lyod show, today it was team basketball. First it was Madi, then it was Mia, then Wall and Evers chipped in when they were needed to, and out of nowhere come Burck with 5 quick point to put the game out of reach. My MVP of this game however was Szabla. She was a pest and was a big part of the first half when Dyer couldn't get going. She was able to hit several mid range jumpers. Knox was a steady point guard dishing out assists. We turned it over 15 times, that is pretty good for us. We only traveled 3 times by my count. Montana did try to come back in this game, but when their guard went down at 7:30 a lot of their steam came out of their sails. Who knows what might had happen if she had stayed on. Excellent accomplishment from this team, watching Brew show a few dance moves on the court after was a site to see too.
  11. I think Montana would still be good enough for an at large.
