  1. Would have been an undefeated seed if they were better at stopping the run and would have actually had a chance against JMU, so yeah, results on the field. In our two losses they were getting blasted. I’d prefer to be the hammer, how about you? Additionally, that 2015 team was probably better than our team this year by the end of the season when the offense was clicking. Their getting gyped from the playoffs wasn’t because the LBs weren’t stout.
  2. The results on the field speak for themselves. Also, the weights listed aren’t exactly accurate all the time. NDSU game is the only thing I need to reference for this point.
  3. If you compare to our 2015 LBS we're a little light across the board. DL is too small as well, but that’s been well covered. Idowu 6’2” 225 Turner 6’2” 225 Rattelle 5’11” 255 Larson 6’2” 240 Rich Jr 6’1” 240 Krzanowski 6’2” 235 Labat 6’3” 235 Haas 6’5” 230 We just don’t have the thump in the middle. I remember teams trying to run on us back in 2015 and getting stone walled. NDSU only rushed for 115 yards against that team and they were much better than the NDSU team that pounded our front 7 into dust this year.
  4. Too small
  5. Similar size to that guy NDSU has a few years ago who was an absolute stud for them.
  6. Haven’t the slightest clue.
  7. Absolutely, I hope it helps us land a couple high end safety transfers.
  8. Not NDSU or SDSU or UNI.
  9. Had offers from a lot of MVFC teams. EKU as well.
  10. That’s the one
  11. Not the most surprising one I’ve heard of but it would have been nice to keep him around another season.
  12. Just a thought, SDSU would have won yesterday if they had Joey Swag Bradley at qb yesterday.
  13. His John Elway run to make 4th down shorter was pretty sweet
  14. That missed pass on 4th down to the rb was horrible.
  15. What a game. SDSUs backup was awful. Makes me happy for our young depth at qb.
  16. It would be interesting to look at the % of the metros represented by GF and Fargo and also a list of the top metro towns for each and how they’ve grown over the years. Also how much growth in GF has been offset by the shrinking base?
  17. The growth difference this millennium is startling. Really sad to see 1980 and 2018 side by side for GF. Not that all growth is good but for fucks sake.
  18. Ask @Midwestern Hawk
  19. And a perfect last name for defense
  20. Look at the growth charts for both. Post flood Fargo took off and left GF in the dust. They swing for the fences at every pitch. They’re bound to hit a ton of home runs. Meanwhile we haven’t even chosen a bat and will likely try and bunt once we do.
  21. For those five to even be considered as contemporaries is laughable.
  22. So you’re saying a town with mayor Brown at the helm sputtered in the face of unbelievable growth across the state? The people that pull the string in GF don’t want it to get too big. They want to be able to easily control things. There’s a reason GF has been so unfriendly to new businesses for so long.
  23. Safety from Kennesaw St. 2 years of eligibility.
  24. They look the part of an FBS team on the DL in particular. It’s what we need to look like.
