Worked pretty well for me. If you find the balance you keep your strength and can sprint for days.
I preferred to run 2 miles, but as fast as I could. That was just to suppliment the lifting plyos and sprinting I was already doing.
If you want to fail late in the season and in the 4th quarter than don't do any distance running. The late Sean Taylor is another example of the benefits of distance running.
He needs to run more in the off season. Anthony Munoz ran miles and miles every day, that's why he was so good for a long time and light on his feet. Joe needs to trim up and get quicker and more flexible.
7/8 and marching down the field. Pretty damn good. Joe should start because Ryan can't make certain throws which will limit the offense. I'm a big Bartels supporter but Joe was in complete control yeaterday.
Sorry but MacMillan and Parks have never and will never be great players. Average at best, especially in Sioux hockey history. Just because they wear the jersey does not make them world beaters.
