It was a while ago, but I think I was referring to the cost of taking the course not the cost of offering it. With that said, ASU has to be getting some great economies of scale.

I didn't say anything about a ban, but a reduction/ removal of subsidy for nonresident online-only students is certainly possible.

Yes, but the state taxpayers and their representatives aren't big fans of financially supporting the online education of students who never step foot in the state. Changes likely on the way.
