Players seem to regress when they get here, Berry style of play is not what younger players want any part of and his line ups , playing older, average players over younger players with a higher ceiling. Figure out you lines before Xmas and run with them.

So if Berry is back without an extension and wins the Penrose next year but has an early exit in the NCHC and NCAA tourneys does he get a new contract?

Because if you take players from the portal and don’t play them no one will transfer in. Schmaltz is a great D foward and face off guy but not a top six guy. Iis laughable how this coaching staff puts lines together and just rolls four lines no matter what.

The fear is real about losing current players or recruits but you can’t keep letting Berry burn the dumpster, especially at home.

In surprised how bad this team is especially in their own zone. Lots of firsts under Berry and not many of them good. Time to reboot and change the operating system on the machine called UND hockey. When students and opposing teams ask how can we be this bad it’s time.
