Denver looked like well oiled machine and we looked like rusty shears.

Maybe Chaves need to be proactive to save players from going to the portal and or losing recruits.

Quite the mess we have brewing.

With a as much as people in this town are talking smack about Berry do you think he hears or listens to it ? Do you think you would ever just step down or he would wait for the contract to expire or get fired. Hockey should be the flagship sport in this state and Berry just isn’t getting it done.

We just have to take care of business ourselves , win the non-conference games and make the tourney.

You cannot push a chain but you can pull it along as long as the links want to follow you. If there problems in the locker room and it seems like there is Berry is never going to be successful like that.

So Berry has a built in excuse #culture

I have said before Berry is probably an awesome guy and a great assistant coach just. Not a good head coach nothing personal just want this team to be successful.

The one common denominator in all this is Brad Berry.

It’s all or nothing , it starts at the top and should end there.

If we can bring a new coach on and keep players and recruits this team can be very good , lots of talent but we need a leader to put it together. Swanson. Perron , Boisvert, James, McLaughlin , Strinden would all benefit from a change. The defense can do nothing but get better.

And if we get swept ?

That would be a disaster to lose good players and or recruits.

If and I say if then Berry needs to step down at seasons end.

Players seem to regress when they get here, Berry style of play is not what younger players want any part of and his line ups , playing older, average players over younger players with a higher ceiling. Figure out you lines before Xmas and run with them.
