I think their whole team is overrated.
The goofs are overatted every year, I like it when they are ranked high, the out come is always the same! Now someone above says their defense was the best in the nation last season, and their all coming back! All season last year we heard patty was the best, gets awards and what have you... But now it doesn't matter the goalie with that D-cor?
?? Same old song and dance! I have never felt this confident about our Sioux team to be! My opinion, bring on the rodents, the other rodents also, the Sioux could play goofs one weekend and badguys the next all season and I wouldn't worry about it! Go Sioux!!! -

My family and I toured it when my daughter was captain of the women's game. We seen every locker room except the one the Sioux were in and the locker the opponent was in. We seen the mens locker rooms and the weight room. Was really cool, I have pictures from it, was suppose to be awesome for my daughter, and I was the kid in the candy store!

Umm I'm struggling to make sense of your post.
NCHC signed deal with CBSsports, so when that conference starts it seems even games that they don't air won't be allowed nationally on FCS like has been happening for Sioux fans. We were still able to sign a regional deal and so we get Midco. Which does nothing for us with DirecTV, though it seems at least this year FCS can still pick up games to air.
So the changes were never going to affect us locally? I thought it did, ooops!

What happened to CBS television and everyone saying that we won't see many games on tv anymore without Midco channel? Midco just signed a five year deal, CBS was supposed to start next year, I don't get it? I'm happy, but this makes no sense!

You were whining about some imaginary people telling professional players what safety equipment to wear, when nobody is actually telling pros what to do.
At the same time, you are advocating rules changes that are real and are being considered, as we speak, so I think it's on you and those who share your view to explain to everyone why this change is necessary.

So you mean to tell me those idiots I sometimes see riding a motorcycle helmetless are not breaking the law? Wow... just, wow!!! I honestly had no idea. That amazes me that in this day and age where a person can't even smoke in a bar anymore that people are still allowed to do something so dangerous. What a messed up world we live in.
This is the reason why so many things we used to do which were fun are now to unsafe to do in today's world! Because of people and the lame azz thinking "oh I'm going to protect you from yourself" just like Dave! Just because some people get hurt or killed, doesn't mean everyone will! I personally think the seat belt law is a joke! Just like telling an adult professional hockey player what shield or cage they can or cannot use! Pathetic!!

Yes he is tripping all over himself with teams to watch. But I agree that I have had excellent seats at the X and I'm worried about the same thing! Some rich jerk that is half the serious fan as me, get my equal seats at the new arena because I can't afford to buy them at an inflated price! I have paid for and kept mine for six years, the great seats I have owned for 3 years, we all know what the Sioux have done since I got my new seats 3 years ago!!!!!

I had heard something that he was coming back from someone within the program but I didn't want to spout something off and then have it not come true. But since it appears what I was told was true I suppose I can mention the other half of the convo. I am NOT trying to start any rumors about our guys but the same person that told me about a week ago that Kristo was staying, also told me that the team (players) was not very happy with Nelson's decision to take off. Something about they all thought it was agreed upon that everyone was staying to try and win it all next year and next thing you know Nelson up and left. Again, not trying to bad mouth Nelson, met the kid a few times and he seems like a really good guy. I just really think this time next year Nelson will look back and think leaving was one of the worst decisions he made.
Well you didn't read about the facts than if you say this! First off he signed the most lucrative deal in all of college players! Pressured by family, you bet, 1.6 million! What parent wouldn't push their kid into this contract? If it was a $60,000 deal, than take the chance! Take a chance on blowing a knee and lose 1.6 million, that is stupid! Learn the facts before you "don't want to talk bad about someone or start something" what his family made him do is what any family should make their child do! Thank God for Kristo, this season is going to be something special! My prediction, 7 loses all year, championship #8!!!!

This is like reading a goofer blog! All the entitlement on here is sickening! "Alumni should vote and not fans" even better"not students" what a joke. You went to school there many years ago, but they can't make decisions without your input, please! If they had to change the name when you were in school, should the prior alumni been the ruling factor than and not you?
