Didn't Dirty use to have that on his Signature line. I think its funny that Schnider only had 22 points his last two years and 41 his first two. Seems odd. I also remember during those two years that the defense was rock solid.

I think its silly for those people to suggest that money would have gone to something else at the university. We don't know that for sure. I fine with that too, whatever it takes to slap the NCAA.

So Blood must not be coming in next season? Are we to assume that, I thought I say he was either 2007 or 2008. What about Lapoint? Seriously I can't see Chorney, Lee Jones Finley, Genoway or even Bina sitting next season unless they are planning on suiting up 7 densemen, or sitting someone each game.

I am getting the feeling we are either losing a defenseman to a professional contract or someone is playing in JR's next season.

I still think tha Genoway can be an awesome forward. The kid has great offensive skills.

Maybe he wants to finish the year in good standing so some day he can come back and finish college when he is done with his classes. Perry Berezin did just that when his pro career was over, he called up Calgary and said, "Hey remember when you promissed to pay for my education if I signed early, well I am ready to go back to school." Good reason to say in good standing.

I don't have a problem with that to protect a lead. I just don't want to see it all game long, ala Wisconsin or Cornell, I would rather watch paint dry or ice freeze. I still think it the Trap can be broken by agressive play and by out skating the opposition trying to employ it against you.

I would liken it to chearing for the Greenbay Packers when I am a Vikings fan. It would make me sick if the Sioux went to a full out trap and used it as a primary style of hockey. Looking at the recruits and current players it appears it's not coming to the REA anytime soon. Playing defensively is what UND focuses on but I would hate to watch UND play like DU and Wisconsin or MSU for that matter. Yuck.
