So what we are saying is Political Correctness is out of control and we have become a nation of thin skinned people. We can't call things what they are anymore. What the heck are we going to call our sports teams? I guess I didn't orginally take the writers article that seriously but now we are to be offended because a sports team named their team after a rodent or an animal? Yikes. Who is going to be the arbitor of this. So if a group yells loud enough we can force them to change?

Lets focus on the postives. There are a few right now. Chay Genoway-Good offensive player Brett Hextall-pretty good surprise. Brad Eidsnes-Decent replacement in net and gettting better with each game. Getting Big Joe Back and will be heard from in the second half. Absolutely creamed a MTU player yesterday. Record is about the same as the last few years. Only can get better Coach now has a theme to get the players attention. Every game should be a playoff game now.

Wasn't Jackson coach of the U-18 USTD at the time? I am not sure.

Sicatoka, I think it is going to take a lot to fire Hakstol, it would probably take a few 7th place finishes or a real big incident by a couple of players. Personally, I don't see it in the cards. In retrospect I wish the University would have opened the job up to competition and have a national search for a coach and I know there were a few people that wanted Steve Johnson to coach the team. Personally I wasn't all that excited when Hak was announced as the coach I have always thought Brad Berry was the better of the two coaches. Oh well! Sioux fans are stuck with him so I guess we have to get behind him.

Is he coming to UND next season? I thought I read he was. From what I have seen he looks pretty good.

Who? Then the kid uses up a year of elibility playing for half of year. I would recommend it unless he isn't going to be a four year player and this player to be named later would have to really be good to take someone here out of the line up.
