I wouldn't call it a make up call, it's a call to prevent further after the whistle B.S. and basically prevent a brawl from happening. In watching the game I thought the younger Shepherd and the Buffoon reffing with him was brutal last night and there were a lot of crappy calls both ways and a lot of calls that should have been called bioth ways that weren't called. When I got home I watched about half of the game as well and the reffing looked even worse on the TV screen. I think the league looks like a bunch of bumbling idiots/dolts with some of the refs they have on the ice calling game. I can't believe they can't get some better refs from USA hockey that are better than this. I was told by a friend of mine that worked for the USHL that they wouldn't take any of the clowns that the WCHA has reffing today. Shepherd (X3), McLown have to go.

Now that is 2-12-2 the last 16 games in the REA.

I didn't think the game was as close as the score would indicate, the Bulldogs scored both of their goals on the PP and the top line for both goals.

Just for the record UMD is 2-11-2 against UND in the REA since it opened.

Awesome, hopefully "the Ocho" can score some goals and make some plays this weekend.

This stinks to the high heavens that the WCHA didn't move faster, they look like a bunch of bumbling buffoons by taking all week, I don't anyone of us are shocked by the decision ...

I wouldn't be surprised. This is the WCHA and the Buffoon's that run the League don't care about perception, they can't even get their officials to call the game per the rule book. The NCAA comes out with point of emphasis on obstruction and they go the opposite way.

No doubt all they have to do is have their conference call and discuss what they need to discuss.

I wonder if the Sioux given a suspension and then appealed? It will be interesting to see how long he is suspended. McLown really put himself in a corner last year by saying he really doesn' t like to give more than a one game suspension and there is a threshold that has to be crossed to get more than a game.

I don't know if any of you caught the big screen but Brad had a sick look on his face as he left the ice. You can infer from that he realized what was at stake and felt bad about it.

I thought it was negative nelly. Wouldn't it be easier to focus the whole season, play good the whole season and not have to be in playoff mode from December on? I think that wears the guys out by the time the playoffs hit.

I don't think Duluth has played a schedule as tough as UND's.

I wouldn't because we have owned UMD recently.
