The call on Blood was bushleague, a horrible call. I told my buddy when Mario hit who ever he hit from behind that he is going to get a 5 and a game. The refs missed calls up and down the ice. The non call on Gregoire as he broke in on the UMD goalie should have been a penalty. The guys in stripes had a bad weekend on both ends of the ice. And I agree the NCAA is going to take hitting out of the game.

I guess Wilf was mad that Chilli cut Moss and was thinking about firing him.

Really, Forbort and MacWilliams are probably two of our best defenseman. Both sitting in the stands right down the row from me. They weren't on the ice.

It is what it is, if UMD is the second or third best team in the nation we are right behind them because, they aren't better than us. I mean seriously, we have two of our top defensemen out with illnesses, one of our top forwards were suspended, I don't think we can get too upset. So I would say that we have better dept.

I you do what Justin Fontaine did in a NHL game he would get his ass beat to a pulp. He is lucky the WCHA has a DQ rule for Fighting, he wouldn't make that shot in a league like the NAHL, CHL or USHL because he knows that he have to fight.
