Probably the same reason other teams only put one logo on their helmets and a number on the other side. I think it looks awesome.

Ahem, linky.

Well they did something they didn't do last week, score in the second half. 31-7 UND. -

UNC has played a very soft zone coverage. I'd exploit that, I was the UND coaching staff. No offense to UNC, but they're not very good. -
Dont' forget, we've been told that so much more to do in the Denver area than anywhere else in the NCHC and we're to overlook the empty seats posing as fans.
-
Yeah, what's up with that? And it's Nick, too.

Looking at that list, if a player has a bad game or weekend, someone very talented is going to be sitting out.

This is really good news.

SiouxVolley and his red pill.

Gotcha. I was just wondering. Seems like UND has some pretty good classes coming up.
-
So, you're worried because UND doesn't have a 14 or 15-year-old recruit committed yet? That's four or five years down from coming to UND. IRC, this is how UW ended with too many recruits.
-
Thank for adding a voice of reason to the discussion.

Dude, put the hookah pipe down. UND isn't going FBS football. UND isn't a top team in FCS, why would they move up. Makes no sense what-so-ever.
-
Yes, I have thanks for asking.

The Running game isn't really a problem right now.

The NFL has gotten hard to figure out what's going to be a penalty. At least college isn't quite as bad.
-
Football really hasn't changed all that much. Teams wanting to run the ball isn't a new concept. It's supposed to open up the passing lanes.

Here's a scenario, UND has austere financial conditions when it comes to the athletic department. UND is now in the Summit Basketball league, what happens if both the men's and women's team stumble. There's a good chance that could happen with the Men's team. It's going to be hard to compete with SDSU in Men's and Women's basketball. That's reality. Is a winning record good enough or do they need to win a conference title? What's the threshold? When do we start firing coaching staffs? You can't keep firing coaches all of the time especially if they have long-term deals. How long does a head coach get to make their mark on a program?
-
That's true, but, look at the programs that are ahead of UND. What do they have that we don't? If I am a top recruit for FCS football and I have a chance to go to NDSU, EWU or UND. Who do you think is going to win that recruiting battle? I will hang up and listen. I think that UND's reluctance to now follow UND to division I hurt them in the long run. Some have made the argument that NDSU doesn't have a hockey team and can focus more of their resources on football.

Okay, the program is stagnant. What needs to be done to make it better? it's easy to sit here and b!tch about UND football. I have yet to see any suggestions of what needs to be done to move the program to the next level. Some are suggesting firing a coach or six, but that isn't going to do much if the administration doesn't spend the money to make improvements. Yes, finishing phase II would help.
