Dude, have been to any sports contest between UND and NDSU lately? Last season, I sat behind this obnoxious, abrasive NDSU fan during basketball game. You're kidding yourself if don't think it's rivalry game. Like someone mentioned above, it this was just another game, the tickets wouldn't be this expensive. We get it, the Bison are very good. You'd have to be a moron not to acknowledge this. But to suggest this isn't rivalry game is arrogant and short sighted. It's going to be funny watching some try to spin themselves into knots saying this isn't a rivalry game.

I was under the impression that originally, it was going to be a 30-year deal before UND received the REA.

That was one of the first things that came to mind. Plus, if you go by the government fiscal year, (UND is a state run institution) it would be done by Sept 30, 2030.

Being a Navy Seal is no easy feat. The percentage of people that wash out is during training is very high. They're the best of the best. IMHO, it's probably the hardest of the special forces to get into. Navy Seal Requirements are steep. So, if Nate can make it, I would say that he's elite.
