It still sucks. It's not going away soon. If there's anything that has been absolutely consistent throughout this institutions history, it's tweaking the logos representing the athletic teams. Maybe the next tweak is an improvement.

Hence the earned moniker of "Hawkzi Kabal" I feel the hawks name and logo is a pathetic feeble cheap disaster, unfitting of the capabilities of the institution that it represents. That feeling doesnt change the logo, being the old back, OR how who are allowed to feel about it. Cloak yourself in the velvet finery of the FHawking thing... I Dont Care. But if you can't deal with people's opinions prefering the old, this might not be an enjoyable enterprise to invest your attention for the next 30 years .

Never have I said a word about the Sioux lamp. Quite honestly I dont know how or why it fits with the new scoreboard. I guess I dont even think it fits with the spirit of the legal agreement, but hey what do I know. Seems like a different location would be better to preserve the history. Maybe on the side wall in the bars or incorporated in some other way into the ice level areas.... Maybe the ceiling of the hallway from REA to Olympic?

The way the REA blasts the crappy stoppage time music and effects into your skull, i just hope the new scoreboard, led ribbon and the end monitors dont accentuate that effect tio much and end up with a multi media seizure everytime the wistle blows. I think the Boston bag swallowers will walk st louis, and really thats not a good look for hockey. Teams like Boston need long pronounced droughts as karma for the way they play, but basically the same for st louis... so who cares. NHL desperately needed boston in the final. I want SJ at this point but they just dont have enough healthy parts left. And Jones just blows, hes terrible.
