I think it was a cheap play as well. However, I don't think it was that hard of a spear. Plus, Paukovitch should be wearing a cup which would deflect the stick. What I'm saying is that it was no where near as cheap as the hit Paukovitch put on Bina. EDIT: Don't take me the wrong way, though. Prpich should not have done that and it does make the team as a whole look dirty and cheap.

Great job by Oshie. He picks Punko clean with good hard work on the forecheck. Then Punko gets mad and hauls Oshie down.

TV guys were saying how Anderson used to ref Colorado Grizzlies games. Then they say that he never made it to the NHL. Implication is that he sucks.

I've loved that wrister from Duncan all year. I think he is the best on the team at getting the puck just under the cross bar. He shoots high a lot, and goalies may finally adjust.

DU has the 4th best PP in the nation. Only the 3rd best in the WCHA. Me thinks some teams in this conference live off the PP.

Great first period for the Sioux. They need to continue to stay out of the box and keep playing hard. I'm sure DU will come out hard in the 2nd.

I really think they are going to have to rescind the auto five. These players are putting themselves in dangerous situations. I'd like to see the WCHA use replay for the call. It would never happen, because of the slowdown in the game and that the rest of country wouldn't do it. Plus, I think UAA and Tech only have overhead cameras.

The West Regional would be a perfect time. I think they are due for a bad game there.
