I will say the staff did a solid job with a completely new defensive group. Why we had to be in that situation to begin with? That’s the real question that should be answered. Did we just have a couple bad years of recruiting? Flash in the pan. Bump in the road? Winning at the National stage is top priority every year, and Berry knows that.
I’m critical, but Berry is a grown man. He’s seen it all. I believe next season will answer a lot of questions, as to which direction this program is going. The Big and Hockey East is only getting stronger.

they were saying that berry should contact coaches that have won a natty to help him evolve/grow ....of those three names only Hak has never won a Natty or anything else that ends your season with a "W".....just saying.

That is a change I'd like to see: Transparency. A true, open to the public, NCAA portal site, including the player's application including why they are looking for a new team (lost scholarship money, grad school, family/closer to home, not enough playing time, etc). coach broke my stick before the regional semi and called me a f'n pussy...etc.

There are probably seven premier college hockey programs (BC, BU, MN, MI, WI, DU and UND). Only DU has won a title since our last. We were basically a top 5-6 team all year, when we had a lot of turnover. We have some very good recruits in the pipeline. Seems premature to jump off the bridge.
i think alot of the above schools held on to some coaches years and years after they should've moved on and it takes time to right the ship like msu, um, wisco, and maine have done recently.
