What don't you understand? You said the coach should yell at them and break their sticks. You suggest that's how this team would win more playoff games. Is that your approach?

yes...i would challenge them....i'd take pretty boy dylan and call him a spoiled bitch pussy and a waste of talent, break his stick, and sit him for the first five minutes....so yes...that's what i'd do.

  2. bubs needs to call blake, gaber, dylan, and perron and a dman into his office five minutes before the game cuss em out and take each one of their meticulously taped $300 dollar sticks and break em over his knee one by one and then yell at em "get the !@#$ out of my office and go kick their mf'n asses".....

  3. I see @UNDBIZ voted Up North....was waiting for their first vote bc imo they have the best (or close to) pizza in town...including the Ode to the Pep( awesome).

I was talking to the new(ish) owner of Sin Bin and he was talking about how good his taco pizza is and that is why i started this thread to see where it would rank in town.......

but....imo happy joe's has the market covered on the taco pizza and everyone is trying to play catchup..... but Up North's Ode to the Pep is so underrated that I think Nate (sin bin) should try to make a signature pizza based on the grinder like up north is and has done with the ode to the pep (and name it "the kauker"  after und's biggest fan mark kauk

I'm not complaining about the rink, it'll host the regional just fine, with plenty of tickets to spare.

I'm more on edge that the NCAA/coaches are fine with letting regionals get played in front of crowds that would make a youth t ball team blush.

*Also on edge that the boys had great seats for Sam Hunt....sigh...

what was the attendance for sammy last night? assuming quite packed?

I mean you are always going to get a good turn out in Michigan when it’s Michigan and Michigan St. That’s a gimme.

granted yes...but if minny won and it was msu v minny.......still a 100% sellout more than likely

Your guess is as good as mine. He missed the first two days of practice this week. “His situation,” Berry said.

ludvig is battling a little lingering injury...if last night was ncaa's he was playing.

he'll should be fine for regionals

    no goalie controversy

I don't think you understand how this works.

i do and i don't.............i don't really understand how this work yes but I do know that we need to raise a lot a lot of money...NOW

Bonzer and Holth aren't the money behind the donations, they're simply the CEO and COO of the collective.
Any of the more wealthy business leaders in the community (and outside the state) can funnel their money into the collective to be disbursed to the athletes.

point taken....this NIL stuff is still new to me and how this runs.

Probably a good thing that next year is the last year at the X, because people are probably worn out with the one and done that has become the standard. You watch, once it moves to the high seed’s campus, we will no longer win league titles.  We don’t seem to be taking advantage of opportunity for home ice type environments.

wonder if the x would take a small(er) buyout from nchc and they could make more money using these nights for concerts or whatnot next year instead of waiting another year....how many people are there right now and how many will be there tomorrow?

Criticize we don’t have a collective…..criticize the people who work to set it up cause it’s not the right people.

who is criticizing?  this is a message board...you ask questions and you comment on things.

my take on  this is the NIL is going to hurt schools in "small/er" markets.  when I heard this announcement I assumed it would be the rydell, Simonson, gershmanns, magnussons and browns.

instead we got boner and holth.  not sure exactly how wealthy these two young men are but it ain't like wes and whatnot.

we need now over 300k to keep a nice small forward on the men's side....can those two even do enough to come close to keeping bj around.  nope

then you have hockey which is in real trouble....used to be "come play for the bad bad fighting Sioux (before or after REA1.0) and they would say "hell yeah"....now its "hey snuggerud you wanna play for the big bad fighting hawks"....yeah but it'll cost ya 1million per year..."hold the line"..."hey John and Matt snuggerud needs 1million"....

that's a lot of cheesy pickles and long island ice teas
