Rudolph goes back and forth on being a very good OC and a very poor OC. For long stretches he's overly conservative, lacks imagination, and becomes very easy to read. Then all of a sudden the playbook opens, the offense hums along looking unstoppable, and everyone wonders where that was the rest of the game.

UND needs to develop another QB. Heidlebaugh (sp?) Completed his one pass but it was ugly and they took him out after so not sure they have much confidence in him. Bartles, well, we know what Bartles is at this point and he's gone next season. We need a true "heir apparent", one that can spell Studsrud next year but also one that can try to push him in the off-season, so we avoid the early season slump he had (hopefully).

Defense won the second half. That's about as dominating as I've seen them aside from that one 3 play TD series.

That kick would have been good from 50+. But I agree, we need to protect the QB at this point, not run them on 3 or 4 yard carries.

Bartles is not the guy you have run that play. He doesn't have the footspeed.

How great would it be at this point to have a wildcat type set, direct snap to Santiago with Oliviera in the backfield with him. Sure would be nice when we can't throw anyhow.

Going to need a big play by the defense to try to close this out.

We backed off the rush and the QB had time. That's the difference. Keep bringing pressure!

While we're at it, can we bring Mollberg back as QB? Everyone else is getting a crack hah. Bartles has such a long delivery on his throw. But he's been accurate so far.

Weber needs to scrap the screen passes. None of them have worked and most have lost yards.

If I were Weber I'd sell out completely on the run. Cover zero and put 8/9 in the box.

#21 for Weber is good but he certainly is very handsy with the receivers, that's why he's getting called for these PI's.
