Refs really want SCSU to win this. Waive off what looked like obvious icing on one end, then quick whistle on the other when it looked like Bowen had a step.

If they are on the ice holding their head, make it a mandatory concussion protocol check.

Exactly this. UND plays 5x5 and they're the best team on the ice most nights. The team gets in trouble taking undisciplined penalties and giving up power plays.

Looking like the goalie spot is Thome's until he does something to lose it. Can't blame that decision with how well he's been playing.

Dunno how they didn't call the facemask on Wilkie, pretty obvious.

I wouldn't go that far. First half of the season Scheel was outstanding and won us some games. Getting him back on track is important. Thome has played well and deserves split time but getting Scheel back to first half form gives the team the best shot.

The UND student section has been pretty mild for a long time but I blame a chunk of that on the crowd around the student section. Students aren't allowed to stand pretty much at all, which it's hard to be rowdy and raucous while sitting down. The rules of the new Ralph neuter the student section.

Thome needs to get the next start. Something is off with Scheel since the holiday break. But that's the joy of having two solid goaltenders.

Why would they? The question makes no sense. CoA is provided to athletes because they are limited on what they can do to earn any kind of income while in college unlike regular students.

I'm sorry but all of you saying he's a bust because of this latest injury are just incomprehensible. "Good players know how to avoid injury", tell me how exactly Wentz avoids getting hit while he's on the ground, with the defensive lineman coming from behind. That picture above is pretty clear as to how it happened. How do you avoid that?

These officials are a joke. They quick whistle when the puck is loose down at UAH's net, and then the puck disappears, no whistle and squeaks out eventually and leads to a goal. Garbage officiating

I find myself wondering how much chirping UAH is doing because they seem to be getting under our guys' skin.
